I was faced with having to sell my mothers house after her passing and the sale was complicated by being part of a trust, not to mention, I lived out of the area. We were fortunate to meet Claire Sheperdson who enthusiastically took charge of all the details of preparing and selling the house for us. Even though the final process of selling the house became complicated by challenging and fussy buyers, she worked through all the hurdles thrown at her and negotiated a good deal for us.
We would definitely use her again for our relator.
